Hypnotherapy For Golf

Optimize Your Golf Game with Hypnotherapy

Have you ever wondered what makes the best golfers separate from the regular golfers?  Some of the best golfers realize that in order to be better at golf, it’s important to get hypnotized! Tiger Woods for example has been using hypnosis to stay focused in the zone during his golf game.  In the world of golf, hypnosis is not popular, yet over the many years as a Hypnotherapist, golfers that are serious about their game have come to me for golf hypnosis to overcome their limitations and maximize their gaming skills.

Many serious golfers recognize that the mental mindset in golf is more important than the physical techniques to making excellent swings. Here are a few ways I have helped people in the past with their golf game:

Take some time to reflect on your daily habits and routines, and notice if you are putting the appropriate amount of energy towards taking care of yourself. If you are the kind of person who puts others needs ahead of your own, then this is especially important for you. 5 Ways To Overcome Social Anxiety

hypnosis-for-anxiety-healthylivinghypnosis.com-renukha-florida

Have you ever made plans to go out to a social setting where you know you will be forced to speak with people you don’t know? Were you excited about it because you love meeting new people or did you dread it so much that you considered staying home if not actually doing so? If you went, did you make conversations or new friends or did you sit in a corner by yourself with a pit in your stomach nervously rehearsing in your mind what you would say if someone wanted to talk to you?

If you have ever experienced the latter of the options, then you have experienced social anxiety. Since everything in life is technically a social event, whether its work, school, or fun, let’s look at 5 ways to help you overcome social anxiety:

1. Hypnotherapy

Seeing a hypnotherapist for social anxiety will allow you to work with your subconscious mind, transforming the deep seated issues you have causing you to feel socially anxious. Many techniques used in hypnotherapy for anxiety can transform your anxiety while creating a new positive perspective. These are the most powerful tools for change because they find the root cause and create everlasting change. Since your subconscious mind triggers your physical anxiety symptoms because it controls your nervous system, which is responsible for causing your Fight or Flight response, using hypnosis for anxiety will also help to eliminate the physical symptoms.

2. Step outside of your comfort zone

Start to put yourself into social settings that typically make you uncomfortable. Pushing yourself and extending your comfort zone mentally and physically by being in more social settings can help to break the cycles you have created as a result of the social anxiety. By repeatedly breaking your usual habit and creating new ones, you are allowing your mind to create new neural pathways that, with repetition, will become your new norm. This is called neuroplasticity and this is why hypnotherapy for social anxiety is such an effective tool. With just a few sessions you can create new neural pathways that allow you to live and interact freely with others

3. Think Positive

You may think that the other person is going to think you’re boring and unintelligent. After many years of talking down to yourself or thinking for the other people, you create negative loops within your mind. When you catch yourself in a negative loop, Break It! Switch your negative to a positive thinking. Since this is done with your conscious mind it will not be nearly as effective as when it’s done using your subconscious mind through hypnotherapy. Using hypnotherapy for social anxiety will also help you to break these negative loops within your mind as well as the negative beliefs surrounding them.

4. Self-hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is great because it’s something you can do from the comfort of your home or anywhere and anytime you need it. Sit quietly and begin by setting an intention to clear your mind and body of the anxiousness. Hypnosis for anxiety on yourself can help you in the event you need to relax and let before attending a social event. This will give you a boost that you need to make it through the social situation.

5. Just Breathe

The next time you are in a situation that’s causing intense emotions to surface, take a moment to notice your breath. In times of intense discomfort, you may unconsciously hold the breath to make it easier to deal with the situation at hand. By holding your breath you are pushing down the emotions, thus creating more physical symptoms of anxiety in the body. The best thing to do is just breathe. You may experience the emotion as it releases while you take deep breaths which will then help your body to relax as needed.

Let these tips and let us at Healthy Living Hypnosis FL help you to overcome social anxiety and prepare you for the next time you find yourself in a social setting. Call us today at (954) 889-7751 to book your appointment.

6 Ways to Tap Into Your Intuition

Our intuition is our own innate guidance system that we have brought with us onto this Earth. Sometimes it comes up as a voice or a feeling, but most often it’s just a “knowing” within us. It’s the time you would say to yourself, “I just know” but cannot explain why or how you know. Some of us are more in tune with our intuition whereas some of us are completely closed down to it, and yet some of us are aware of it but ignore it.

I was asked recently how to open up more of this intuitive power so here are several ways to help:

1. Listen

Often times our minds are too busy with thoughts and input of external data to really listen to what our intuition may say to us. Quieting the noises around and within you by limiting the mind chatter, putting down the phones and any other outside distraction will pave the way for you to listen. You can get clarity within the mind to hear that inner voice guiding you as needed. Hypnosis is a great way to practice letting go of the mind chatter so you’re open to listening to the inner voice of intuition.

2. Trust

Trusting in your inner guidance is a big part of tapping into your intuition. Trusting your gut feelings, trusting the inner voice, and trusting the signs that you are receiving means letting go of the doubts and opening up to the inner sense of knowing. Hypnotherapy can help you clear the doubts so you learn to trust yourself even more.

3. Feel

Sometimes when one is too overcome with pain, depression, stress, nervousness, chaotic thoughts or other negativity, it’s hard to see anything clearly. Decreasing the intensity of these negativities and even overcoming them will then help one to receive inner guidance with much more clarity. Using hypnotherapy for intuition, we help the person release negativities from its core as we work on the underlying issues that affects the negative symptoms and emotions in the body.

4. Clear Negativity

5. Meditate

Having silent time is one sure way to open up your intuition. It slowly help you to connect on all levels with body, mind, spirit and even the entire cosmos. Formal meditation is not needed in order to connect to your intuition; you simply can start slow with even five minutes of silent time and then let it flow from there. Hypnosis to connect is also meditation as it helps you to enter meditative states of being.

6. Connect

Our world is filled with connection, yet we spend our time doing so much to disconnect from it. This only closes us down even more. Hypnotherapy to connect can help you open up intuition even more, spend time connecting with nature, connecting with people, connecting with animals, and connecting with yourself. This will help you to pick up on signals that feels right or doesn’t feel right when needed as you enter a certain space or meet someone.

Using hypnotherapy for intuition can help you to open up more of your innate sense of knowing. Let us at Healthy Living Hypnosis help you on your pathway. Call us at 954-889-7751 to make your appointment today.

Breaking Negative Patterns With 4 A’s

Do you sometimes find yourself stuck in a loop? Or do you continue experiencing the same cycle over and over again but you don’t realize this is happening to you? Patterns sometimes takes time to notice. Some patterns are over extended periods of times while other cycles happen only after a short period of rest.

Remember these 4 A’s to help you break out of negative patterns:

1. Awareness

If you are not consciously aware that you are in a pattern, then you cannot change what you do not know. It takes a bit of introspection for you to recognize that you are indeed in a negative loop. This means seeing the past occurrences and realizing that you are going through the same thing again several times or more. Sometimes it may take the people around you to help you become aware that it’s a pattern you are experiencing. Once you are consciously aware of the negative loop, it’s time to hold up the magnifying lens to it.

2. Accountability

We often have a tendency to blame others for the way we are or the way we ended up being. Yet understand that it is entirely up to you to take responsibility at some point for your existence, your behaviors, the situations you encounter, and even your way of thinking. Be real with your truths whether you or others have done wrong. Once you’ve accepted responsibility that the pattern is a result of your creation whether conscious or unconscious, then it becomes easier to dive deeper into analyzing and taking action.

3. Action

Consciously taking action to change the pattern may work for a short period of time or it may exacerbate the negativity surrounding the cycle which can cause the cycles to appear quicker and/or more intense the next time around. One of the major ways to breaking the negative pattern is uprooting it from the core. With Hypnotherapy, we dive deep into everything surrounding the pattern and transform the underlying cause of it. This then shifts the vibrations so the negative pattern no longer occurs.

4. Healthy Expression

Once your pattern has been broken, it’s as if you’ve taken back control. The decisions are now in your hands. Choices are now yours to make as you see fit rather than reacting to what was being presented to you unconsciously. You might feel a sense of freedom or you might notice the negative cycle completely disappeared. It’s amazing the results that Hypnotherapy can yield once patterns have been broken.

If you find yourself stuck in a loop and need to break it for good, contact us at Healthy Living Hypnosis to get started to transforming your life.

stress-at-work

5 Easy Ways To Minimize Stress At Work

Got stress at work? Well, here are five easy methods to help you not only ease your stress at work but also help you to ease your stress in life:

1. Body Position Changing

Our physical bodies are meant to change constantly rather than be in one position for too long. Since many different internal processes continue as we working, changing body positions helps to keep our systems functioning optimally. One of the easiest ways to minimize stress at work is the ability to stop for a moment, move to a different body position like standing if you were sitting or sitting upright if you were in hunched over position, and stretching arms and legs out while taking a nice big yawn with deep breaths will instantly give you a refreshed feeling with relaxation. Doing this literally makes changes inside your physiology to help your body and mind to relax and feel calmer to move on for the rest of the day.

2. Break Time

Sometimes when things get too tough at work it’s time to take a break. Taking a break means walking outside of the building if you are working in a building and getting out in the sun to help ground yourself and absorb the energy of nature that surrounds you. Doing this for about 10 minutes or so can be extremely beneficial to ease the stresses and help you have a renewed perspective of looking at things. If you do work outside, having a cool place to sit like the grass can also help to create the same effect to help you relax. Walking, sitting, or just taking nice long breaths outside helps tremendously to minimize the stress at work.

3. Spacing Out or Daydreaming

Sometimes when you are too stressed, the mind can spontaneously cause you to space out randomly. It’s so instant that it can happen even as you are sitting waiting for a traffic light to turn green. Daydreaming is also another name for this because we sometimes are not aware of what the mind is thinking or processing while in this spaced out place. Did you know that daydreaming is a form of hypnosis? Well daydreaming or spacing out, even at work, for a short period of time is a great stress management technique that’s natural to all of us and can help you solve some of your work-related stress.

4. Physical Activity

One of the best proven stress management techniques is physical activity. Any kind of physical activity can help you minimize your stress levels as a result of work. Whether it’s yoga, kickboxing, jogging, dancing, playing tennis, soccer, martial arts or any other physical activity, you get a mental break as your attention is directed elsewhere while participating in the physical activity of your choice. The idea is to have fun doing the physical activity of your choice and having fun then helps to minimize the stress throughout your system on multiple levels.

5. Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state that we randomly enter within our minds. Utilizing hypnotherapy for stress can bring transformation on deeper levels that causes fundamental changes to our way of being. For example, for someone that seems to be stressed all the time and has a hard time relaxing, hypnotherapy for stress can help to resolve some of the deeper inner chaos that’s contributing to the feeling of stress all the time. This will indubitably help the individual to relax overall as well as at work. The person’s perspective at work can also change in a positive direction and bring about more enjoyment even at work
